Accurate Shipping Address

  • Supergin Store ships based on the address provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or unreceived items due to incorrect addresses.
  • You have 12 hours after placing an order to request any changes to the shipping information. After this time, the order will be processed, and we may not be able to make modifications or take responsibility for incorrect addresses.

Shipping Information

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

Shipping Option:

  • Standard Shipping: Free – Delivery in 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
