Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns (exchange for a new product or refund) within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we reserve the right to decline return requests.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must remain in its original, unused condition.
- The product must appear as new, without any signs of wear or use.
- The product must have a defect caused by us, such as:
- Damaged during shipping.
- Poor-quality printing.
Non-Returnable Issues
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Steps to Request a Return
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Your Order Number.
- Your request (Refund or Exchange for a new product).

- Ensure the evidence is clear, highlights the issue, and displays the product design to verify it was purchased from Supergin Store.
Step 2: Wait for Our Review
- After receiving your request, we will evaluate the evidence and send a response via email.
- Check your inbox frequently (including spam/junk folders) for our reply.
- If the evidence is insufficient, we may ask for additional proof. Respond promptly to avoid delays.
Step 3: Resolution
- If your return is approved:
